RHS Ambassador and Vice President, herb expert and multi-award winning horticulturist Jekka McVicar from Jekka's Herb Farm with Michelin star chef Nathan Outlaw demonstrate how to force fresh mint in time for Christmas.
The video is produced by the Royal Horticultural Society as part of their 'Grow at Home' campaign to encourage more gardening in the autumn season so that "plants can get established ready to flourish next spring."
