Landscape architect Robert Myers has won the Society of Garden Designers' (SGD) Awards grand award for The Magic Garden at Hampton Court Palace.
According to Horticulture Week, the Magic Garden play garden was inspired by the rich history of the palace and was described by judges as "truly magical”.
The judging panel called the design "ambitious, innovative and cohesive" and said it was "full of surprises and fun”. The garden was also named best Public or Commercial Outdoor Space.
