Livery Schools Link are holding a Livery Careers Showcase on Monday 20th March (3.30-5.30pm) and the Gardeners’ Company will be one of 30 Liveries with stalls showing what career opportunities are available in their particular Crafts.

The event, in the Old Library and Print Room, Guildhall, will be attended by over 800 students from more than 30 schools from the London area. The Gardeners will be engaging students, teachers and school governors about the wide range of employment opportunities available in horticulture.

This is part of the Company's policy on education and we hope to arrange follow-up visits to the schools as part of their careers platform to show further what is available in the world of horticulture.

Livery Schools Link is a voluntary organisation that aims to promote support for schools in the Greater London area by Livery Companies of the City of London and their members, helping to prepare young people for the world of work.
