Perennial have launched a new gardening competition to raise funds for HortAid-20, supported by Suttons. Perennial need supporters to raise funds to make sure individuals struggling in the horticultural sector get the support they need; especially during and after this pandemic.
The competition to assess entrant's gardens will be led by Perennial's President - Alan Titchmarsh MBE VMH DL on the judging panel along with other famous names from the sector.
Entrants can enter as many categories as they like, maximum 3 photos per category:
Small Garden front or back
Large Garden front or back
Community garden
Garden that normally opens via NGS
Vegetable garden/allotment
Best vegetable
Largest vegetable (photo to include 30cm ruler)
Container/hanging basket/window box
Children’s miniature garden (age 14 and under)
Healthiest houseplant
Cost: £5
Closing Date: 15th August 2020
1st Prize: £250 gardening
