Help support Perennial and enhance your garden border design skills with this garden study day at Allt-y-bela in Wales.
The garden is owned by RHS Chelsea Gold medallist and award-winning garden designer Arne Maynard. Head Gardener Dean Peckett and Creative Director Kristy Ramage will give a tour of the gardens and talk through some of Arne’s most iconic planting schemes and border combinations.
Before lunch, participants will the have a chance to explore the house with a drink and canapés, to gain an understanding of the important links between the inside and outside spaces.
In the afternoon, participants will work on their own border design, creating a mood board and planting plan for their chosen area. The day will finish with tea and cakes and a chance to ask questions.
