PRINCE EDWARD AWARD FOR CHARTERED HORTICULTURIST

The Prince Edward Award, which highlights excellence in the field of Horticulture, Horticultural Education and Career Development, was given to David Domoney by the Master of the Worshipful Company of Gardeners at the Goldsmiths Hall, City of London.

His Royal Highness selects a candidate who has demonstrated innovative and effective ways of motivating people to take up horticulture as a career.

David has won 30 RHS medals and is the Ambassador to the Chartered Institute of Horticulture, Ambassador to Thrive (a charity supporting people living with disability), Garden Champion for the mental health charity SANE and Patron for the Hedgehog Preservation Society.
