Chelsea Physic Garden welcomes the Guardian’s ‘New Vegan’ columnist Meera Sodha to its next Food is Medicine-themed Supper Talk on Thursday 25th July at 7pm.
Meera is the award-winning author of Made in India and Fresh India, with the latter named Observer Food Monthly's Best New Cookbook in 2017.
Drawing from her Guardian column, Meera's third book East features brand-new recipes inspired by a wide range of Asian cuisines, all easy to make and bursting with exciting flavours.
Meera will give a talk about how spices have inspired her in cooking and writing, exploring the spice journey to encourage more people to experiment with flavour.
