Camden High Line Winner Announced + Q&A

March 11th 2021

Congratulations to James Corner Field Operations for their winning design submitted into the Camden Highline competition.

They will work with vPPR Architects, London artist Hew Locke, community consultation organisation Street Space and Dutch garden designer Piet Oudolf, among others to achieve this grand, green regeneration project at Camden.

The winning design was chosen by jury through evaluating an initial 76 submissions and 5 shortlists. London's new elevated park will turn a disused stretch of railway viaduct linking Camden Town to King's Cross.

The route is 1.2km long, approximately 8 metres above ground and will bring new local green space to around 20,000 people.

There is also a live Q&A session taking place with the team who will be designing and delivering the Camden Highline.
