Beaujolais Nouveau Night

November 18th 2021

Beaujolais Nouveau Day is observed in France on the third Thursday in November with fireworks, music and festivals. By French law, the wine is released at 12:01am (just weeks after the wine's grapes have been harvested).

Join Oxford Botanic Garden for a Beaujolais Nouveau Night event, with speaker DPhil student Andrew Wood who is conducting research into the impact of climate change on vineyards and wine production.

Includes wine tasting of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau plus an informal Q&A.
